Theatrical Concepts was brought in to assist in updating the vision for the Mars Petcare SLIC Innovation Center, a dual mandate facility that merges an exceptional customer experience research facility with a key role in supporting the B2B innovation initiatives for the full range of Mars Petcare brick & mortar and online business partners. Delivering research tools, customer engagement, demonstration technology, meeting technology and residential/retail environments, this world class facility is uniquely designed to provide Mars Petcare, the largest pet care company in the world, with the tools and experiences needed to accelerate consumer feedback to support retail sales. Working for over 18 months with the SLIC team, Theatrical Concepts designed and installed a multitude of spaces in partnership with Moss-Warner including 6 ultra high resolution custom DataLite DirectView LED displays for the SLIC, with all the technology built around a primary core concept – Everything Everywhere all the Time. We proudly continue our Mars relationship at the SLIC to help Mars innovate at the center daily.
